Pilates Mat Class

Great for every age range - From teenagers to seniors – everyone needs to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness.

It’s Affordable & Can Be Done At Home - It’s the least expensive class in Pilates studios so most people can be consistent & do it often to gain results. 

Back Pain Relief - Mat classes are great for realigning imbalances in the body with low impact exercises. Pilates eases stress on the spinal column and teaches you how better to hold your body.

Perfect way to learn the base of Pilates - Pilates Mat classes will teach any beginner the principles of Pilates. Once those principles are understood in the mind and body it is ok to proceed into apparatus work.  It is often great to add to an intermediate/Advance reformer routine.

Body Changing - The workout is hard. You work for the results given in a Pilates Mat class. Some say they are more challenging than apparatus classes because you have no help when finding 
alignment and balance.

Private Hatha Yoga

A mixed style yoga class offering alignment, technique, and breath, incorporating a conscious vinyasa flow to the sequence. This class is designed to bring strength, length, balance, and space into the body, breath, and mind. Appropriate for students with a new yoga practice as well as those who are more experienced; modifications are given for various levels and needs. Interval training is one of the fastest and most enjoyable ways for exercisers to burn the most calories and increase metabolism. Instead of exercising at a high intensity for the entire hour, you will break the workout up into periods of high and low intensity.
