BetterBody Fitness POLICY
Refunds: No refunds will be given for classes after seven days of purchase. Classes are not transferable
Class Reservations: Online reservations or phone reservations should be done the day before. Please be on time so as not to disturb other clients during class.
Expirations: Class packages expire 3 months after purchase, please read your emailed receipt.

Group Reformer: A minimum of 2 people per class. If there is only 1 person signed up, you may choose to upgrade to a private or reschedule for another day.

Private, Semi-Private, Trio: To respect the instructor's drive time, school schedule, and other clients' time, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a late fee of the class scheduled amount.
