Jennifer - Certified Pilates Instructor
Jennifer comes from a dance background of over 10 years training, with a focus in ballet. Pilates was first introduced to her as a requirement in her ballet training. She was amazed with the results Pilates gave her. It strengthened her core and whole body while still keeping her muscles long and lean. Pilates helped her rehabilitate her injured body so she could dance again. She received her Pilates certification through The Shepard Method certification. Jennifer believes Pilates is a key ingredient for not only keeping a great long lean body but staying physically healthy and fit to enjoy her other hobbies such as surfing, hiking, and biking.
