Sarah Holmes

In 2006, I received my degree in health sciences from Loma Linda University and
completed my Physical Therapy Assistant license shortly thereafter. It was while working
as an assistant at a Physical Therapy clinic that I was first introduced to Pilates. I was
instantly impressed that Pilates could be used as both a rehabilitative tool and could
provide such a challenging total body workout. By 2010 I had completed my Pilates
certification from Pilates Sports Center Encino. I have combined my knowledge of rehab
with my Pilates expertise to help clients recover from sports and orthopedic injuries, as
well as chronic problems. I love that clients can continue to benefit from Pilates even
after rehab is over, and that it can challenge every body from athletes to those with
injuries, in achieving their health and fitness goals.
In my spare time I enjoy hiking, jogging and enjoying the outdoors.
Treatment Philosophy:
My goal is to help my clients achieve wellness and balance of the body and mind
through the practice of Pilates so they are able to stay healthy and enjoy life to the
fullest.
