Private Pilates

A Pilates Private session gives you one-on-one training unique to your body strength, awareness and flexibility.  Not one body is made equal!  Our private Pilates sessions are the most effective way to learn, practice, and perfect your Pilates experience. Guided by one of our certified professional instructors, you’ll receive 100% attention and a customized workout specifically tailored to your needs.  Privates sessions also let your experience all the Pilates equipment ie. Cadillac, Barrel, The Chair, Mat, and Weights. It allows you the flexibility to whatever you feel like doing in that one hour.

Semi-Private Pilates Session 

Semi-Privates are like mini-private session that is shared by a maximum of 2-3 people.  This is an affordable way to do pilates with friends and family members and still get the benefits of undivided attention.

Group Reformer Classes

This is the ideal way to save money but still look and feel good.  Our group classes are shared but limited to only 6 other people.  Allowing Pilates to be affordable but preventing the big classes where most pilates injuries occur.  Our instructors are able to watch and give the attention each client deserves during the class.  Pilates is about control and safe movements.  

Pilates Mat (The foundation of Pilates)

Great for every age range – From teenagers to seniors – everyone needs to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness.

Back Pain Relief – Our classes are great for realigning imbalances in the body with low-impact exercises. Pilates eases stress on the spinal column and teaches you how better to hold your body.

The perfect way to learn the base of Pilates – Pilates mat classes will teach any beginner the principles of Pilates. Once those principles are understood in the mind and body it is ok to proceed into apparatus work.  It is often great to add to an intermediate/Advanced reformer routine.

Body Changing – The workout is hard. You work for the results and it is challenging.

High-Intensity Interval Training HIIT (Xtreme60)

Interval training is one of the fastest and most enjoyable ways for exercisers to burn the most calories and increase metabolism. Instead of exercising at a high intensity for the entire hour, you will break the workout up into periods of high and low intensity.  We incorporate Pilates equipment, therabands, weights, and cardio in the 60 minutes.
