Jennifer began her love of movement as a child, when she studied dance (tap and ballet). During high school she moved into jazz dance and continued into college. In 2004, after she had her third child, she looked to Pilates to regain her pre-pregnancy shape. She noticed that it not only helped her to regain her waistline, it healed decades old shoulder and low back pain. In 2005 she became a certified group exercise instructor through the American Council on Exercise, focusing on Pilates and yoga. Several years later she began to take reformer classes and fell completely in love with equipment based Pilates. She studied with World-renowned Maria Leone at Bodyline Studio in Beverly Hills and was certified by the Physical Mind Institute.
Jennifer uses her knowledge to strengthen, heal and empower her students. She strives to challenge her clients, help them to achieve their goals and provide an enjoyable and fun workout.
